Clients with Vision and Passion
While I am appreciative of all of our clients, I cannot express adequately the extra charge my team and I get when you run into a client driven by an incredible vision.
Spring 2015 we helped launch our 23rd simulation lab/clinical skills center with the VCU School of Medicine Inova Campus. My personal conversations with the Associate Dean and catalyst for the simulation center, Dr. Craig Cheifetz, started 10 years ago.
I met Craig at a networking function and within a few years we built our first few clinical skills and simulation labs. Craig had a vision…one backed with tremendous passion. He wanted a leading edge medical simulation lab on the Inova campus. He felt very strongly that simulation was a key driver in improving medical care on all levels and producing better patient outcomes (before patient outcomes was even a popular subject).
Making a very long story short…the roller coaster ride that Craig endured to make his vision a reality was incredible. There were numerous starts and stops. Budgeting issues, political issues, construction issues, you name it. Human Circuit even started the process as Professional Products Inc. We provided proposals and budgets at least three times over the years.
Most people would complain about what there company endured to get this project. When you have a client that believes so strongly in what they want…what they need…their passion becomes a natural 10 year energy drink.
Great results are driven by leaders with vision and passion. Once in a great while some us get to ride their train, rewarding us and reminding us why we do what we do.
